Order Processing
All products sold in our store are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners such as Printify, as well as other print-on-demand providers we may work with in the future.
Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–7 business days after payment is received.
Please note:

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volumes.

Because each item is custom printed, once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the product type, destination, and the specific production partner fulfilling your order. Typical shipping estimates are as follows:

Domestic (within the United States): 3–15 business days

International: 7–40 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item, shipping destination, and the partner fulfilling the order. Some products ship separately, even when ordered together, depending on which facility produces them.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items produced by different printing partners or facilities, they may ship separately. This is normal and you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
While rare, delivery issues can occur. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

Please note that our ability to replace or refund items may depend on the policies of our third-party production partners.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to the production facility due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, customers may be responsible for reshipment fees. Please double-check your address details before completing your order.
